Bi-Weekly Bridge-calls

Between workshops, we invite you to join us on the telephone for hour-long tele-conferences on specific subjects. We'll have a dedicated telephone number which you will call at the appointed hour. Everyone will be able to hear and speak to one other... though hopefully not at the same time!

The Coaching Gym

Work-out with us, one-to-one, by email, phone and fax, as frequently as you choose over the year. If we are not immediately available, our commitment is to get back to you within one working day. Our aim is to partner with you during the time of your program membership, helping you realize your potential, by offering you every assistance on matters of strategy, relationships, values and other issues of personal or professional concern.

General Gym Guidelines

    * While you are a member of the program you can visit the gym as many times as you like, to ask as many questions, get coached on any topic or makes as many requests as you like;
    * Our preferred method of contact is email;
    * Second best method of contact is telephone;
    * If you have documents you wish us to consider, please either email or fax them;
    * We coach Tuesday through Thursday, 46 weeks in the year;
    * When we're "in office", we're available from 9 am to 5 pm EST;
    * You don't need to book an appointment to call - unless that is better for you. Just contact us.
    * We'll be asking you to carefully think through your coaching question in advance, as we will be trying to keep each call to 15-20 minutes - unless there is a real challenge that takes a little longer. Remember, you can always come back! We will provide you with a template to assist the coaching process.
    * When we take time out, we'll make sure you know well in advance that the gym is closed - - but carry on sending emails, and we'll respond when we return.
    * Any questions, requests for information, clarifications - all are welcome.
